The Golden Heart is very easy to find and is situated on the A417/A419 main road on the single carriageway section.
From the Cirencester/Swindon/M4 direction
Leave Cirencester on the A417 and head for Gloucester. None miles out of Cirencester, you will reach the end of the dual carriageway and come to a roundabout at which you have to continue straight ahead. The Golden Heart is situated 300 yards on your lefthand side, in the bottom of the dip in the road.
From the Gloucester/Bristol/M5 direction
Join the A417 and head for Cirencester. After coming up Crickley Hill, turn right at the Air Balloon roundabout and continue for approximately a mile. The Golden Heart is situated on your righthand side, in the bottom of the dip in the road - there is a central turning lane in the road to turn into the pub.
Although our postal address is Birdlip, we are situated some distance from the village iteself, and visitors should avoid leaving the main 147 if they are to find us.
There is ample car parking outside the pub.
